About Workshops
Workshops are held to allow Furukawa Rock Drill products to be used more safely and reliably.
These support the knowledge and experience of people involved in Furukawa Rock Drill products through programs that suit various levels from training in the basic hydraulic, electrical, and rock drill mechanisms for people involved with Furukawa Rock Drill products for the first time to training in detailed maintenance procedures for the people in charge of maintenance.
Genuine parts
Our company products are developed using the latest analysis technology and strict endurance testing based on over 100 years of knowledge and experience in rock drills, and are shipped to market under rigorous quality control.
Although the core parts of rock drills are highly precisely machined and heat-treated to have high performance and durability, they should be replaced quickly when the wear limit has been exceeded as time passes. If usage continues in an excessively worn state, there is a risk not only of performance degradation, but also of damage to other related parts.
Note that genuine parts must be used for replacement.

Supply Period of Spare Parts for Furukawa Rock Drill Products
Please note that the supply of spare parts of Furukawa Rock Drill products will be assured for 10 years after the termination of production in accordance with the guidelines for the supply of spare parts as specified by the Japan Construction Equipment Manufacturers Association.
Although the supply of spare parts is terminated in principle at the maturity of the subject supply period, we may be able to supply them upon request even after the expiration of supply period on condition that the delivery date and price are subject to negotiation.
Even if it is within the supply period, however, the delivery date, price, etc. may be subject to negotiation when it is difficult to keep stock should the purchased parts such as electronic parts, etc. be unavailable due to the manufacturer no longer producing the said parts.
